Located on Sunset Boulevard, Muzak Hollywood is an interface between the corporation's lead marketers, talent scouts, and the world's most important center of content creation: Hollywood.
To allow the building greater size and hence, a greater mark on the cityscape, only half the offices are occupied by Muzak. The other half are fully equipped and ready to be leased out to key players in the content industry for terms ranging from a day to a year. These rental offices are interwoven among the fabric of Muzak Hollywood's different departments to encourage interaction and productive collaboration between Muzak and other organizations. Because all of the offices are located around the periphery of the building, everyone is ensured an incredible view of both the interior of the building and the surrounding cityscape.
